Full version DOES NOT NEED login, it is automatic and also RECONNECTING ON FAIL is a great option. "AI implementation" means the utilization of a special algorithm created by the programmer to intelligently scan the lines coming from the cluster,  NOT INVOLVING any use of APIs to third-party services. Maximum security, the program does not collect any user data. All traffic is with the node to which you are connected. The list of Dxpeditions used is collected from public domain websites, all the data is in the public domain. FAQ What is QRHTERMINAL? It is a straightforward TELNET PROGRAM for ham radio, indeed, with advanced features that will greatly assist you in collecting countries. Compatible with Windows 11, Win 10, Win 7.  (On Mac only using Parallel dektop). THERE ARE NO VERSIONS for ANDROID OR IOS. Is an internet connection necessary? Yes, a solid internet connection is mandatory otherwise the program will not start. For the QRHTERMINAL program, there should be no inbound or outbound restrictions at the firewall level. Is free version limited ?  Yes, as you can see in the feature table, FREE VERSION will warn you for only about a 50% of stations in the calendars and your personal list of 5 Call Signs will not be enabled. What if MY ANTIVIRUS warns me about possible danger ? Note that it's normal for some antivirus programs to indicate issues with QRHTERMINAL as it contains several links and connections that can be mistaken for virus activity. These are obviously FALSE POSITIVES. The program is safe! If there are any problems, what we recommend is to PAUSE the ANTIVIRUS during the installation and then, BEFORE LAUNCHING it, you should add the installation folder to the ANTIVIRUS EXCLUSIONS. Then you can reactivate your antivirus. Is full version 'for life' ? Yes, Full Version  won't stop, but be careful to preserve the program setup because if you need to change or format your PC, you will need to reuse it and we will NOT be able to resend it a second time. Note that the download link will be valid for 72 hours and therefore you will not be able to redownload it from that link in the future. If you can't find installation (setup), you will need to purchase it again. Can i  use Full Version on more than one pc ? Yes, you can use the program on multiple PCs, but you cannot use the FULL version of the program with multiple call signs.  As a protection, we prepare the download program (maximum within 24 hours, normally within 1 hour) with YOUR CALL SIGN ALREADY REGISTERED inside the program and with automatic login. You will not be able to change the call sign; if you give the program to someone else, they will use it with your call sign, and you understand that this is not acceptable. You are responsible for this. What happens if I change the call sign? In that case you need to purchase the program again. What happens if I want to use a special call sign? You need to purchase the program again for use with that different call. Then you can install on a different folder and use two instances of QRHTERMINAL on one machine. Is there a time to return the program if I don't like it? You understand that it is impossible for us to verify whether you have stopped using the software, as we don't collect any data from users. Therefore, we're sorry, but the answer is NO. After purchase, you cannot return the software. What to do if it doesn't work? The program works fine, it has been developed by a team and tested by many beta users; it works correctly on all versions of Windows 11, 10, and 7. If you encounter problems, these could be due to something not working correctly on your computer, and we can only offer suggestions but we cannot act directly in any case. You won't be able to return the program; you can only, if necessary, test it on other PCs using the same setup. This is a very helpful feature; we don't tie the program to a machine, instead, we tie it to a call sign. The list of Dxpeditions Call Signs used is collected from public domain websites, and all the data is in the public domain. No data is transmitted to us or  third parties. All traffic is the normal traffic managed by the cluster node to which you connect. Sometimes the program disconnects, is this normal? Yes, this is normal because there can be line issues, routing problems, local issues on your end, or problems with the node. All cluster nodes occasionally disconnect users and there can be 'dirty' strings that cause the connection to drop. The FULL version always tries to reconnect. If this doesn't work, close and reopen the program. VERY IMPORTANT: It happens that some NODES check IP connected and admits only one connection at a time . If you have multiple programs connecting to the same node, you may experience frequent disconnections. Change it... use different nodes. .. and in conclusion: When you acquire the full version of this telnet terminal for amateur radio, it is not necessary to remove the free version. The full version can be installed separately, allowing you to keep both versions on your system if desired.
